Refund Policy

Every piece sold through byerinbeth.com is a handmade, one-of-a-kind original (or a made-to-order print), so please read this policy before purchasing.

Original Artwork

All sales of original paintings are final. Because each piece is one of a kind, I'm not able to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind. I encourage you to look closely at photos and reach out with any questions before buying.

Exception: if your piece arrives damaged in transit, contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos. I'll make it right with a repair, replacement, or refund.

Prints & Made-to-Order Items

Prints are produced by a third-party print partner especially for you and are also final sale, except in the case of a printing defect or shipping damage — contact me within 48 hours of delivery and I'll coordinate a replacement through the print partner.

Commissions

Commissioned artwork requires a non-refundable deposit to begin work, as outlined in your commission agreement. The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping.

Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if production/shipping hasn't yet begun. Once a piece has shipped, our standard return policy above applies.
