Processing Time

Original paintings ship within [5-10] business days of purchase, hand-packed with care by me. Made-to-order or print-on-demand items are produced and shipped by our print partner and may take longer — typical turnaround is noted on that product's page.

Packaging

Original artwork is carefully wrapped, boxed, and — for larger pieces — reinforced with corner protectors to arrive safely. Prints ship flat or rolled depending on size, per our print partner's standard packaging.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your piece is on its way.

Damaged in Transit

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I'll work with you on a replacement, repair, or refund — see our Refund Policy for details.

Local Pickup

Local pickup may be available on request — just mention it at checkout or reach out directly.
